Horacio Romo began his bandoneon studies at age 9. Marcos Madrigal and studied with Julio Pane, among others.
Served with Julio Iglesias, worked with Lalo Schffrin and accompanied Roberto Goyeneche and Hugo Marcel. Romo joined the orchestras, among others, Julian Plaza, Horacio Salgán, Antonio Agri, Walter Rios, Atilio Stampone and Raúl Garello.
played the Concerto for bandoneon and orchestra, Piazzolla with the Oregon Symphony Orchestras, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, London Philharmonic, the Auckland and the Lima Symphony. Integrated
companies Forever Tango, Tango Argentino, and formed part of the opera Maria de Buenos Aires and Orestes, last tango.
participated in a hundred albums among which is the Coffee Masters.
currently serves on, among others, the Quinteto Piazzolla Foundation, La Selección Nacional de Tango, José Colangelo's Quintet, the Orchestra of Leopoldo Federico and Juan de Dios Filiberto.
